Acekard Photos Needed... [updated: 4/20/10]

We are looking for highquality images of the following kits and shipping packages.

Real Acekards

AK2.0 GREEN PCB HWID 40 - front, back, inside, both sides of pcb, packaging (front, back, inside)
AK2.0 GREEN PCB HWID 41 - front, back, inside, both sides of pcb, packaging (front, back, inside)

AK2.1 GREEN PCB HWID 41 - front, back, inside, both sides of pcb, packaging (front, back, inside) (FAT FIXED 2.0 with 2.1 sticker)
AK2.1 GREEN PCB HWID 80 - front, back, inside, both sides of pcb, packaging (front, back, inside)
AK2.1 BLACK PCB HWID 80 DEC 2009 Batch - front, back, inside, both sides of pcb, packaging (front, back, inside)
AK2.1 BLUE PCB HWID 80 - front, back, inside, both sides of pcb, packaging (front, back, inside)

AK2i HWID 44 - packaging (front, back, inside)

Clone Acekards
As we currently do not have a full list of cloned Acekards, we require all images.
When clones are submitted we will update this section so users can see if images of their card are needed or not.

The only clone we don't need is the HWID 4444. We already have images of this card and its package thanks to --=Zero=--.

How to Submit
1) All images should be of the highest quality. Images should be clear and in focus. Images should be taken with a good lighting source. There should not be shadows on the images. All images should be close up and easy to read. If your Digital Camera does not have a high resolution MACRO mode then please do not submit. Nothing personal, we just want the best quality images we can get. There should only be 1 shot per image, IE: photo 1 is the front, photo 2 is the back, etc.

2) All images should be submitted using the IMG BBCode tags of this forum, or by using the attachment system.

3) All submissions MUST contain the Acekard HWID, typed into the thread.

Additional images which would help: Proof images. Take a shot of your HWID as it is displayed by AKAIO
Do this especially if your kit is a clone!

Then what?
All images will be rehosted at a permanent site, linked back using thumbnails. All users will be given credit by their forum name. If you want credit to go to a different name, let us know in your submission reply. Once an Acekard has been fully submitted that Acekard will be removed from the list. The users submission may also be removed to help keep this thread clean!

What if my card is not in the list?
Then don't submit it, we probaby already have it. However, if you have some rare Acekard build we don't know about, PM a MOD and let us know or post your submission into this thread.

Different Package?
If your Acekard shipped in a package different to one already in the news thread, please submit it. We are aware of variations from plastic inserts, to paper inserts, to an area for the MSD Card Reader. Verify it is the package that shipped with your Acekard, then take high quality images or scans. See the scans by for an example.

This thread will stay stickied as a global announcement until we have all of the required images.

We can not provide any money or replacements. We are asking for help, but we understand that the Acekard's plastic latches and glue'ed shells are not that easy to open. If you do not feel comfortable opening your Acekard then please do not submit images.

Please do not submit only part of the images. It is OK for one users to submit the package and another to submit the card shots, but we do not want users to submit only the front of the card because they do not want to open their kit. Images should go together so this does not becomea miss-match post of various images from various sources of the same content. Make sense?

As always, read the rules and submit correctly. Let us not waste time.

thanks for the rpg package shots. photos were cropped, made smaller (in footprint) and hosted. don't take apart your rpg unless you feel good doing so.

My RPG shell is in pretty bad shape, so it was quite easy to get to the juicy juicy innards, ...and i felt good doing so =D

Since I think my Acekard 2i is not working as it should, I had no problem in taking some snapshots and possibly slicing myself while prying apart the flashcard.

The Acekard 2i's HWID is 81, I know that it wasn't in the "wanted" list but I think this one isn't working like I think it should, and it doesn't hurt anyone if I post this, right?
Another thing is the SST chip. It has this on it:

70-4C-EKE
0929181-D"
Don't know if it is useful, but there you go anyway.

Hi!
I love the AKAIO project and would like to support it.
I have the AK2i HWID 44 and HWID 81 and the AceKard RPG with packaging. So I think I can be only helpful at that point:

I wanted to contact a moderator first before I leave a post, but the contact options are empty (why?).
I have a Canon EOS 5D Mark II and a Macro lense. I would say... I can do high end quality photos (21 Megapixel and very detailed).
