"Download DS" Emulator

Can you insert a Download Ds Emulator? I mean a feature that allows the flashcard (Ak2,EzFlash etc.) to run a "Download DS" application (like the pokeshifter or anything else). Beacause you know... Download DS doesn't work with 2 Flashcards. The recieving game has to be genuine.
